TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Postage and packaging - Every effort will be made to package your goods as well as possible but we cannot be held responsible for damage to items in the post. All goods will be wrapped in adequate packaging materials, recycled as much as possible (with waterproof cover, if needed). We aim to dispatch all goods within 3-5 days of receipt of full payment. Parcels are posted via Royal Mail with proof of posting, in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing a claim can be made through Royal Mail after 15 working days. A parcel is not deemed to be lost until after this time has passed.

PRICES SHOWN INCLUDE POST TO UK ADDRESSES, PARCELS SENT OUTSIDE OF THE UK WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL COST

Gift wrapping service - If your order is a present we will happily gift wrap and enclose a card with your message and post to your chosen address, all at no extra cost to you. Just let us know when you complete your order and we will confirm the details to you, posting the invoice directly.

Delivery - Your goods will be made upon receipt of your order, an estimated delivery time will be advised by email upon receipt.

Returns and refunds - We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not happy then please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve any problems.

All items are handmade to order and therefore most of our products are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made specifically for the order.

If the goods are not what you have ordered we will arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days, provided the original goods are returned within 7 days of receipt and with the original packaging (please note that original p&p charges are not refundable unless you are returning damaged goods).

Where you return goods within the time specified above (other than as a result of a defect in the goods) you will be responsible for payment of the delivery charges. The customer will be responsible for return postage and for items that fail to reach us.

DESIGN AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

All products are subject to availability and due to the unique designs and materials used we may need to offer an alternative. Goods have been represented as accurately as possible but some colours may vary. All of our products are hand made and if a product is out of stock we will provide an alternative within 10 days, however you are free to cancel your order if this is not convenient. If you require several items they will be made to order and may take slightly longer to make.

Privacy - All personal data collected will be used for delivery of goods and will not be passed on to any third parties. We may use this data to conatct you in future with details of new products.
